Moderating meetings

Very often meetings are just time wasters! Which means that many meetings are poorly organised and conducted. Meetings, however, serve important purposes in everyday business and team life. They are a very good way to bring everyone up to speed and they help to identify undesirable developments. Meetings can also be used to generate new ideas. Besides all this, meetings are the communicative fuel that keeps companies running. In the webinar " Moderating meetings", participants therefore learn about the different meeting formats. They learn how to create a productive atmosphere as facilitators. And they will be given the tools to deal with the many challenges - from frequent speakers to interrupters.
