The core of this webinar is the four team phases according to Bruce Tuckman. Participants learn how to proactively guide their team through these team phases. For each phase, the essential characteristics are shown with the help of impressive game scenes. Based on this, the participants learn about suitable leadership tools for each of the four phases. In addition, the webinar presents the five dysfunctions of a team according to Lencioni.

Employees who lead teams (disciplinary teams, agile teams, virtual teams, task forces, project teams); managers and junior managers.
