In building relationships in sales, the most important things are personality and likeability, not just numbers, dates and facts. One of the most important methods to achieve this is small talk. Participants will learn how to use small talk to build relationships effectively. In addition, the webinar teaches how to use body language to respond specifically to body language signals from the other person.
