Leading the conflict conversation

Unresolved conflicts are poison for the working atmosphere and work productivity. Yet most conflicts can at least be defused, if not eliminated, with the help of a conflict conversation and appreciative communication. In this webinar, participants will learn how to prepare for conflict talks, how to conduct them effectively and how to ensure that the agreements reached are ultimately adhered to.
